What is your warranty?
We don’t deal with many warranty issues, so we’ve increased our warranty to two years. Get all the details here.
What shipping costs can I expect?
We provide a flat shipping fee of $20 CAD per set to Canada and the US. We are now offering a flat shipping rate of $99 CAD (€69) to many countries overseas. Shipping calculator available when you select edit cart. If we don't offer a shipping rate to your country, please contact us and we will look into it. Additional shipping charges may apply to certain rural areas. Non-Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees. US customers importing a package under $800 USD will no longer have to worry about taxes, duties and brokerage fees!
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on ski orders from skevikskis.com. Once you receive skis, inspect them, flex them and if you’re not happy with our product you can send them back within 20 days. Skis must be unused, unmounted, and in the same condition as received to be eligible. Contact us first and we will supply further instructions along with a return waybill. Provided your return meets our requirements, we will process your exchange or full refund as soon as possible. Free returns/exchanges are only available to Canadian and US customers at this time.
Do you ship outside of Canada/US?
Check out our dealers in Norway and Germany. We are now offering a flat shipping rate of $99 CAD (€69) to many countries overseas. Shipping calculator available when you select edit cart. If we don't offer a shipping rate to your country, please contact us and we will look into it.
How do I checkout in my currency?
Unfortunately, our online store only processes orders in Canadian currency. We have provided different currencies to select from while browsing our store based off the current exchange rate. Once you reach checkout, all pricing will be in Canadian dollars.
Can I design my own custom graphic?
Yes. We charge $200 CAD for initial setup, then you can order how ever many skis you want for yourself and friends. Contact us for the required graphic specifications.
I’m an artist. Can we work together?
We are always looking for new artists to collaborate with on our designs. Shoot us an email with your portfolio, and it wouldn’t hurt to include a few ideas and/or sketches for ski designs you have in mind. Something to consider, we try to keep our operations as local as possible and at the moment we have been able to stick with all BC artists for our graphic lineup.
Where do I mount my bindings?
We engrave a recommended mount line on all our skis. The number engraved beside the line indicates the distance, in millimeters, from true center to the engraved recommended mount line. Unless you have a strong preference for mounting position, mount boot center to this engraved line. For the Loken model, we strongly recommend to not forward mount from the recommend mount.
Where are your skis made?
We design, manufacture and test all skis in Vernon, BC Canada. Read our story here.
How can I demo your skis?
We travel during the winter to visit as many ski destinations as we can for free demos. Here is where we visited during 2014, 2015 and 2016. Comment where you would like to see us and then keep posted for next season’s schedule.
Can I get an industry deal?
Full-time outdoor professional can apply here for the Skevik Pro Purchase Program.
Will you send me stickers?
Sure. Send us a self addressed, stamped envelope and we will send out a couple. Better yet, check out these sticker packs if you want a lot of stickers.
